The Trust granted $15,000 in December 2023 towards part time support staff proving services in a new trial location within Logan. Safe Haven have over 100 women coming into their store per day, 10% are seeking help, 20% are from Domestic Violence still suffering trauma, 30% are suffering from cost of living, and 10% are seeking legal or financial guidance.

Safe Haven’s mission : To help women and their children escape domestic abuse, and to empower, guide and support them to lead the life they were meant to lead.
There is always a safe place for women wishing to leave an abusive relationship. They no longer have to wait until they are in extreme danger of physical violence before they qualify for assistance.
Safe Haven provides services and short-term accommodation to women (and their children) escaping domestic abuse.
