As a beneficial enterprise established by the Logan City Council, we are an independent legal entity that exists for the benefit of the city, delivering public value for youth and families by raising funds and making grants to eligible charities.
Our vision inspires community collaboration and guides our focus in uplifting community connectedness and resilience in Logan. Our mission shapes our commitment to uplift Logan’s youth and families, underscored by our corporate values and human spirit.

Governance Model and Reporting Structure
Our Board
Our Board assumes overall responsibility for corporate governance practices and monitors the performance of the Trust. The Board establishes and oversees the implementation of our strategic, financial and operational direction, supported by the Board’s Committees. Continuous stakeholder engagement with government, local charities, the community and local businesses remains integral to the Board’s efforts in achieving the Trust’s corporate objectives.
